Lighting Up Norman with Netflix's “Here for the Holidays”
In 2020, LitUp Holiday Creations had the incredible honor of partnering with Netflix on their nationwide “Here for the Holidays” campaign — a project designed to spread Christmas cheer and bring Hollywood magic to real communities across the country.
Festive Christmas Lights Installation Made Easy!
2020 was a year like no other, and during a time when the world needed a little extra light and positivity, Netflix decided to spread some holiday cheer. To celebrate the release of festive favorites like The Christmas Chronicles 2 and Jingle Jangle, Netflix launched its “Here for the Holidays” campaign — an initiative designed to brighten spirits and bring magic to communities across the country.
As part of the program, Netflix selected six cities across the United States to receive large-scale holiday lighting installations inspired by their Christmas movie lineup. LitUp Holiday Creations was honored to be chosen as a partner, teaming up with Netflix and Blue Revolver to illuminate the City of Norman, Oklahoma.
It was an incredible experience to help transform Norman into a holiday wonderland and to see the community come together in celebration. Being part of such a meaningful project reminded us why we do what we do — spreading joy, one light at a time.
